The BOM Manager is responsible for overseeing the creation, modification, and maintenance of all bills of material. This is a highly important and detail-oriented role that requires the ability to think critically, and problem solve through cross-functional collaboration. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES : · Oversee the auditing of product to ensure BOM accuracy · Oversee the creation of new part assemblies based on Engineering direction · Engage in construction of BOMs derived by cross functional communication with internal and external teams · Participate in BOM support for design and engineering · Perform special cost analysis, prepare reports and other related duties assigned · Provide direction to the BOM Analyst and support to internal departments based on BOM requirements · Provide custom boat costing information to the Inside Sales team based on custom boat drawings provided by Engineering · Work with Engineering, Purchasing, Supply Chain and Marketing to ensure BOM has the correct structure, components, and quantities in the ERP system · Work closely with CPQ team to ensure accurate and valid information is implemented in the ERP system to ensure precise bills of material are created Equal Opportunity Employer Minorities/Women/Protected Veterans/Disabled
