By shaping supplier strategy, enhancing standardization and collaborating across engineering, quality and product management you'll ensure competitive sourcing throughout the product lifecycle. **What will your typical day look like?** BOGIE BRAKE PRODUCT SOURCING LEADER + Lead standardization and cost competitiveness of Bogie Brake products + Define sourcing strategy + Manage preferred suppliers + Drive saving plans involving / challenging suppliers, commodity buyers, engineering and operations + Oversee bid competitiveness + Influence product design + Drive Reduction of 30% on dir-Mat program DISC COMMODITY MANAGER + Define and deploy the strategy for Disc commodity sourcing + Build and manage supplier panel + Evaluate offers, negotiate contracts and frame agreements, manage RFQs + Ensure supplier performance + Drive cost reduction initiatives + Support project sourcing initiatives + Address escalated supplier issues **What do we want to know about you?** + Graduate in Engineering + +7 years experience in Sourcing + Experience in a globalized matrix industrial environment + Expertise on the commodities Machining, Forging and Casting + Good proficiency with MS Excel + Fluent in English (other language is a plus) + Skilled multi-cultural negotiator + Written and oral communications skills + Analytical and data oriented + Independent and autonomous + Proactive, goal-oriented and accountable + Strong intercultural knowledge and open minded Frequent travel trip (~ 50-60%) **Kindly ask you apply with CV in English language.** _Legal authorization to work in EU is required.
