Quality Engineering - Join us as we build the future in Engineering! Interns will have the chance to support engineering projects in space systems, military systems, commercial aircraft or technology development. Internship opportunities are available in but not limited to: Electronic & Electrical Engineering, Flight, Materials and Process Engineering, Mechanical / Structural Engineering, Production and Industrial Engineering, Software, Systems, Test and Evaluation Engineering, Product Support, Flight Operations, Product Security, Safety and Airworthiness.
Supplier Quality and Performance Management - Supplier Quality and Performance Management (SQPM) is a technical sub-function within the Supply Chain function where verification of technical and procedural compliance must be maintained against Boeing Purchase Orders by engineers, operations and representatives at suppliers. As an Intern in our SQPM organization you will have the unique opportunity to support verification of supplier parts, products, and components manufactured for BDS military, security and space programs at sites and within regions. You may assist in integration of contractual and Boeing Quality Management System requirements into all aspects of proposals and program processes and documentation. You may also develop quality metrics, design and production certification plans to ensure compliance with contractual, Company and regulatory requirements, conduct capability assessments and process validations to support supplier selection activities and participates in various reviews to ensure quality attributes are incorporated into product designs. Experiences can include the following: perform analysis and process audits to ensure manufacturing and test readiness, provide material review dispositions for non-conformances and analyze non-conformance trends to evaluate effectiveness of corrective actions, review of contracts for terms and conditions related to supplier quality requirements and conducting assessments of Quality Management System health.
Some of these positions are hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skill/Experience):Ability to work full-time for 10-12 weeks during Summer 2026Currently majoring in one of following core engineering/applied sciences disciplines (Aeronautical/Aerospace, Civil (especially Structural emphasis or interest), Chemical, Computer Engineering/Science, Electrical, Industrial, Materials, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Mathematics, Physics, Software, Structural, Quality, Industrial Engineering Technical, Industrial Management, Operations Research, Engineering Mechanics, and Systems).Enrolled student attending a college or university with an expected graduation date on or after August 2026Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):Strong academic performance (preferred GPA of 3.0 or above),Exceptional organizational and collaboration skills as demonstrated through leadership positions on teams and/or in student or civic organizationsStrong technical experiences as demonstrated through technical projects, research or engineering internshipsExceptional communication skills and interest and enthusiasm related to engineering, aerospace and a career with BoeingJunior or Senior class standingRelocation:Some of these positions offer relocation based on candidate eligibility.

Summary pay range: $42,000 – $88,000
