Responsibilities:Identify, confirm and offer resolutions to customer concerns.Estimate repair needs to customer based on vehicle inspection.Serve as the communication between the customer and the technician.Answer incoming telephone calls in a friendly and professional manner.Write accurate repair orders & estimates using ProfitNet ADPWrite accurate Estimates utilizing the three major estimating systems: Pathways, Mitchell, Audatex
Qualifications:Excellent communication & time management skills.Typing & basic computer skills to enter repair orders.Prior customer service experience requiredMathematics to calculate service costs and count change.Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residenceWe offer best in class industry benefits:
