BPEA is seeking dedicated individuals to join our Board of Directors. Board members play a crucial role in guiding our organization's strategic direction, ensuring fiscal responsibility, and upholding our mission to educate individuals of all ages, one student at a time. About Us Big Picture Educational Academy is a public charter school serving elementary, high school, and adult education students in Fresno, CA. Our personalized approach focuses on real-world learning, helping students develop reasoning and problem-solving skills to become active community members. VOLUNTEER POSITION Board service is voluntary. TIME COMMITMENT Board meetings held monthly (approximately 1-2 hours each) term length: 1 year, with possibility of renewal

QUALIFICATIONS Understanding of BPEA's mission, vision, and educational philosophy Willingness to commit time for board meetings and special events Understanding of charter school operations (preferred but not required) Previous board or council experience (preferred but not required) BPEA is committed to building a diverse board that reflects the community we serve.
