Job Title: Primary Care Physician (Part-Time)

Location: Lebanon, OH

Position Type: Part-Time (24–30 hours/week)

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board-Certified Primary Care Physician to provide on-site services on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for a physician who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of underserved populations, delivering high-quality care where it’s needed most.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive primary care services to a diverse and underserved patient population Manage 1 to 1.5 patients per hour, ensuring personalized and attentive care Collaborate with facility staff to support patient wellness and continuity of care Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with clinical standards

Schedule:

Weekdays only – no evenings, weekends, or holidays Flexible hours based on facility needs No on-call duties

Qualifications:

Board Certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or related specialty Active and unrestricted medical license in Ohio Strong interpersonal and communication skills Commitment to serving underserved communities with compassion and excellence
