At Scoot Education, we are committed to creating exceptional experiences for students and educators. We are seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to support a middle school population of students as a single school site in Philadelphia for the full school year.

Perks and Compensation

Earn up to $70/hr (W2, we handle withholdings so you don’t have to) Weekly pay via direct deposit Paid state-mandated training Reimbursement for required background checks Rapid onboarding (> 2 weeks) Ongoing support designed for BCBAs, by people who understand ABA

What You Will Do

Conduct behavioral assessments and develop/revise Behavior Intervention Plans Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers and support staff Provide both direct services and consultative support at the school sites Coach and supervise Behavior Interventionists, Registered Behavior Technicians, and other support staff Promote ethical ABA practices, trauma-informed care, and crisis intervention Build strong, trust-based relationships with students, caregivers and educators

What You Will Need

Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field Active BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) Commitment to collaborative, student-centered behavior support Experience working with school-aged children is a plus
