Responsibilities:

Complete assessments and develop treatment plans that recommend individualized and evidence-based strategies Coordinate care with families and insurance providersCollaborate with clinical and operations teamsCreate materials to support client’s behavior planParticipate in quality assuranceProvide supervisory oversight to Behavioral direct care staff Mentor BCaBAs and BCBA traineesMonitor treatment progress and effectiveness and update treatment plans to support clients’ needs and learning style

Qualifications:

An active license or certification in good standing (e.g. Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Licensed Behavior Analyst) Excellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to demonstrate critical thinking skillsSupervisory and behavioral assessment experience preferredExperience providing behavioral services to toddlers, children, and adults preferredExperience in quality management preferredProficiency in the English language

Compensation Information:
