Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Escondido, CA

Why This Role Stands Out 

No Insurance Billing – 100% funded by the Regional Center.  Unique Population – Work with dually diagnosed individuals (ages 12–17 or 18+) with developmental disabilities and co-occurring mental health conditions (e.g., autism, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, anxiety).  Small Caseload – One residential home per BCBA, allowing for deep, meaningful clinical work.  No Travel Required – All services are provided on-site.  Multidisciplinary Collaboration – Work alongside clinical psychologists, nurses, administrators, and other experienced BCBAs to create comprehensive treatment plans.   Flexible Hours – Primarily 8–5 with some PM/NOC supervision.  Administrative Support – Scheduling and paperwork handled by our admin team.  Ongoing Mentorship – Collaborate closely with a local Clinical Director, PhDs, and BCBA-Ds. 

 What You’ll Do 

Provide supervision to RBTs and behavior staff.  Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs).  Develop and implement individualized Behavior Support Plans.  Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care.
