Main responsibilities:
Gather and analyze performance data to support impact assessments and track KPIs.Assist in preparing and updating reports and dashboards on operational, financial, and customer satisfaction metrics.Help track and update performance indicators to align with business objectives.Identify opportunities for process improvements and suggest ways to enhance performance tracking and reporting.Collect data for business case development and collaborate with Finance on tracking tools.Support the organization of risk-related information and track the implementation of risk mitigation plans.Contribute to the preparation and maintenance of business continuity planning materials.About you
Recent graduate with a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Data Science, Finance, Mathematics, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and collaborate effectively across teams.Proactive, flexible, and well-organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is essential. Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI is a plus.Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages (e.g., French) is considered an asset.Previous experience in finance, economics, project management, or administrative functions is an advantage.Willingness to participate in an official training program as part of the Graduate Program year.What You’ll Gain
