Job DescriptionRoles & Responsibilities :
You will be an architect in designing and BMS HW system for a BESS domain
You will have exposure to state-of-the-art designing, layout, compliance, EMI-EMC aspects
You would be own the responsibility of delivering modules/systems on-time, at quality.
You are expected to be in a customer-facing role in providing solutions to complex usecases on a day-to-day basis and working with cross-functional teams
QualificationsEducational qualification:
BE/BTech/MTech in EEE
Experience :
12 - 14 years
Mandatory/requires Skills :
1. Demonstrated experience developing BMS for energy storage/ESS
2. Rich hands-on experience in architecting Power Electronics concepts for BMS
3. Experience and strong design knowledge of Digital circuit design, Analog circuit design, ADC, DACs, OP Amps, Micro-processors, Micro-controllers & DSPs, etc.
4. Knowledge of Regulatory requirements for Li-ion batteries for Energy storage application such as UL9540/UL1973/IEC62619/IEC 60730, etc
5. Knowledge of PCB layout constraints
6. Knowledge and demonstrated experience with Analog Front End circuit design for Li-ion batteries
7. Knowledge and demonstrated experience using simulation tools (for example P-Spice, Matlab, Mathcad)
8. Experience with FMEA and Root Cause Analysis
9. Experience working with various Sensing Technologies (ex: Temp Sensor, Voltage sensor, etc.)
10. Experience working with hardware peripherals and communication ckt design .
11. Experience in Power Supply Design
12. Experience working with MOSFET driving,
Preferred Skills :
1. Knowledge of Safety Regulatory standards like IEC61508, ISO26262 when building HW designs)
2. Contactors and Relays
3. Working knowledge of safety-critical features like charge control, thermal control, fault detection, and diagnostics for battery and energy products
