Average Salary: $20.00 to $30.00 /hour (inclusive of hourly wage, tips and add-on commissions - no cap on earning opportunity)

Drybar Carmel Clay Terrace is at 14400 Clay Terrace Blvd, Ste 150, Carmel, IN 46032.

Drybar Indy Downtown Bottleworks is at 830 Massachusetts Ave, #1440, Indianapolis, IN 46204.

Responsible for providing clients with 5-Star blowout & styling experiences in our shop consisting of but not limited to:

Warm & friendly greetingThorough consultation in-chairRelaxing & thorough shampoo & conditioning treatment to address client hair needsAbility to upsell & add-on experiences that benefit the client & finished product Provide a fantastic blowout & style that delivers confidence to every clientCommunicate & inspire guests to join our Barfly member familyWork within a team of Stylists & Front Desk Staff to ensure smooth salon operation & guest experienceFriendly client farewell each visit that builds rapport & repeat business Qualifications Must have active State of Indiana Cosmetology LicensePassion for styling hairCoachable and willing to learn and growAble to effectively communicate and consult w/ clients and teammates to provide the best experiences  Legal Disclaimer ©2024 DB Franchise, LLC (“DBF”).
