The ideal candidate will have a background in Asset and Wealth Management. This hybrid role requires a strong analytical mindset and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment. The position offers a day shift with no travel required. **Responsibilities** + Analyze and interpret data to provide actionable insights for Asset and Wealth Management projects. + Utilize Bloomreach to optimize digital experiences and drive business outcomes. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven strategies. + Monitor and report on key performance indicators to ensure alignment with business objectives. + Conduct thorough market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth. + Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track project progress and performance. + Provide recommendations based on data analysis to improve processes and enhance efficiency. + Ensure data integrity and accuracy by implementing best practices in data management. + Assist in the development of business cases and presentations for senior management. + Support the implementation of new technologies and tools to enhance analytical capabilities. + Participate in regular team meetings to discuss project status and share insights. + Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve analytical skills. + Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment to achieve team goals. **Qualifications** + Possess strong analytical skills with experience in Bloomreach. + Demonstrate expertise in Asset and Wealth Management. + Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills. + Show proficiency in data visualization tools and techniques. + Have a solid understanding of data management best practices. + Display the ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Hold a relevant degree in a related field.
