Role: Blockchain Developer L2/L3

As a Web 3 Engineer (Blockchain Developer L2/L3), you will drive the technical design, redesign, remodeling, and refactoring of systems for robustness and sustainability. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams, Product Managers, and senior leaders to create a vision and roadmap for the team. You’ll lead design discussions, influence technology choices, and participate in design and code reviews to ensure world-class solutions.

Location: Mumbai (Hybrid) / Remote / 5 days a week

What Will You Get to Do?

Develop smart contracts (Chain Code) and implement Chain Code Interfaces

Architect complex distributed ledger/blockchain solutions

Set up and configure Hyperledger Fabric environments

Write high-performance Backend APIs using Node.js

Collaborate with teams to innovate and optimize blockchain-based products

Drive technical excellence through code reviews and best practices

Profile Expectations

Minimum 4+ years of experience in blockchain development using Node.js or Go

Strong expertise in Hyperledger Fabric project implementation

Hands-on experience building applications on Hyperledger Fabric using Angular or React front-end and Node.js services

Proficiency in consensus mechanisms like PBFT, Raft, POA, POC, POW, etc.

Solid understanding of Public, Private, and Consortium blockchains

Experience with DevOps tools (Git, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or IBM Blue Mix) is an advantage

Passion for Web 3.0 and decentralized systems
