Pay rate: Depending on Experience.1st shift - Training 7am to 4pm then 4am to 4pm.Monday to Friday with weekends as needed.Affordable health insurance you can actually use, including $5 copays, $5 prescriptions and free Telehealth services.

What You’ll Do:Operate and monitor up to six machines involved in block packaging (e.g., Spade system, pallet conveyors, block turnover, stretch wrapper, and more).Start and stop machinery safely following established procedures.Remove blockages and defective products from equipment.Perform routine maintenance tasks including greasing, cleaning, and basic block testing.Assist with mixer cleaning and basic equipment repairs.

Work Experience
What We’re Looking For:Forklift experience requiredAbility to read manuals and documents in EnglishStrong understanding of basic math and measurement unitsAble to identify and respond to equipment issues and safety hazardsComfortable using hand tools, grinders, and drillsSolid motor coordination and physical stamina
Work Environment:Wet, dirty, and noisy conditions with exposure to outdoor weather (extreme heat/cold)Frequent contact with vibrations, fumes, and airborne particles
Physical Requirements:Lift/carry/push/pull up to 100 lbsFrequent bending, climbing, crawling, kneeling, and long periods of standing/walkingMust have good vision, hearing, and full range of motion
