Your Role: Own the Challenge/Take on the Journey 

Implements the business strategy and ensures business development in the operating unit, with full responsibility for Profit and Loss (P&L).Ensures profitable business growth through development of performance targets and ensures achievement through regular oversight and definition of improvement actions, as needed.Oversees production facilities within the operating unit and ensures plans to achieve targets are implemented. Improves manufacturing technology and competence in line with strategy. Drives productivity, delivery performance, and cost optimization. Oversees production and delivery of high-quality products, services, and processes.Monitors quality metrics, identifies opportunities for improvement in local execution, and oversees improvement activities. Drives marketing and sales, through implementing new functional processes and tools, to maximize sales efficiency and effectiveness. Drives performance management and organization development initiatives pertaining to the assigned organizational area. Shares best practices and lessons learned across the organization. Work with cutting-edge technology and top experts to engineer solutions that shape the future. 

What it takes to Run what runs the world 

Bachelor or higher degree in Process, Electrical or Electronic Engineer. 10+ years of experience in Front End Engineering Design (FEED), Project Operations in the Chemical & Refining Industry with focus on solution selling, batch process, technical, delivery. Experience in solution selling is preferred, project selling in Chemical industry could be consideredSolid understanding of Chemicals (from end to end products & auxiliary units). Previous experience in executing international projects and in managing successful inter- and intra-company cooperation.5+ years of experience in people management for Specialists and Experienced Project Engineers. Experience in working in international environments with different cultures and languages and managing stakeholders of varying management levels. Fluency in English is essential (written and spoken).
