Job Description

The Blender is responsible for utilizing batch records, similar to cooking recipes, to blend ingredients. This role involves retrieving materials from inventory and accurately combining dry and wet ingredients in stainless steel vats.

ResponsibilitiesStage materials according to batch tickets.Ensure quality assurance and quality control of products.Adhere to HACCP and SQF guidelines.Sanitize equipment and production lines.Essential SkillsBasic math skills.Experience in blending or working within FDA-regulated environments.Attention to detail.Additional Skills & Qualifications1-5 years experience in a GMP facility.1-5 years experience with mixing operations.1-5 years experience working from batch tickets.Ability to lift up to 75 lbs occasionally.Experience with sanitation processes, including CIP systems.Work Environment

This role is based in a liquid processing beverage facility. Employees work in a blending room where dry and sugar ingredients are mixed, which may affect individuals sensitive to such conditions. Available shifts are 1st shift from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, Monday to Friday, and 3rd shift from 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM, Monday to Friday. The facility has a tenured workforce, expecting new employees to train quickly and demonstrate hard work.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.48 - $27.48/hr.
