We are seeking an experienced Blaster Painter Supervisor to work across the Bay of Plenty. The role reports to the BOP Project Manager and includes supervising teams of 2-8 workers maintaining a range of assets on site, from penstocks to tanks and bridges.
Requirements:
2 years of blasting painting experience in an industrial field Full New Zealand driver's licence is desirable Knowledge and experience in industrial coatings, epoxy, concrete coatings and concrete repairs is desirable Experience managing staff on site Quality Assurance experience is desirable Excellent communication skills Knowledge and a proven track record of high compliance in health and safety Ability to travel regularly for work Computer literacy, experience using Procore would be an advantage Certification in IRATA, NACE, confined spaces and working at height would be an advantageAbout Us:
