Your role and responsibilitiesThe mission of the BL Automotive Pricing Manager is to lead the development and deployment of a global pricing strategy for the Business Line Automotive, ensuring effective localization and execution across all regions. The role is committed to providing professional deal analysis and decision-making support to both global and local management. By driving price-related performance management through target setting, price improvement plans, price review meetings, and KPI follow-up, it aims to enhance our competitive edge and secure margin expansion. Additionally, the BL Automotive Pricing Manager will provide coaching and training to stakeholders on pricing methods and tools to ensure continuous improvement and excellence in pricing practices.You will be mainly accountable for:• Lead the development and deployment of the BL Automotive’s global pricing strategy and support the countries in localizing and executing the pricing strategy.• Support global and local management with professional deal analysis and decision-making support.• Drive the price-related performance management through target setting, price improvement plans, price review meetings and KPI follow-up.• Be a key part of designing and rolling out best-in-class pricing methodology and tools in collaboration with the central Pricing function.• Gather market and competitor price intelligence to determine trends and inform competitive strategy development.• Represent BL Automotive in Portfolio pricing and list price management as a key stakeholder and input provider.• Providing coaching and training to the stakeholders in your area on pricing methods and tools.
Qualifications for the roleMin. Bachelor’s degree (preferably Master’s degree) in Business, Finance, Marketing, Engineering or similar field.Min 8 years of experience in price management or related field with a proven track record of creat-ing tangible impact.Experience in B2B price management in the Robotics or similar type industry strongly preferred.Deep expertise with state-of-the-art pricing methods and tools.Excellent communication and interpersonal skill to persuade and engage people across multiple functions and geographies.Ability to deal with complex, global context of a large multinational.Availability to international travel up to 20%.
