Biostatistician
**Biostatistician** As a Biostatistician, you will conduct advanced statistical analyses to support clinical research studies, ensuring appropriate methodologies are used. You will develop and validate statistical plans and summarize data in tables and graphs. **Your role:** + Conduct advanced statistical analyses and develop/validate statistical analysis plans (SAPs) for clinical trials, ensuring appropriate methodologies are applied. + Implement innovative statistical approaches, troubleshoot issues, and document all analyses in compliance with regulatory requirements. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams on clinical trial design, providing statistical input on protocols, sample size calculations, randomization schemes, and analysis strategies. + Perform complex statistical programming using software such as SAS or R, generate tables, listings, figures (TLFs), and prepare datasets for regulatory submissions. + Stay abreast of emerging statistical methodologies, interact with regulatory agencies, and provide expert guidance and support during submissions, audits, and inspections. **You're the right fit if:** + You’ve acquired 2+ years of experience (preferred) or equivalent combination of education and experience in related areas of Biostatistics. Experience from Medical Device, BioTech, Pharma, or Healthcare setting required. Proficiency in SAS is required. + Your skills include a strong knowledge of and ability to perform sample size calculations, define clinical research endpoints, and apply statistical methodologies to support clinical studies. Experience interacting with regulatory bodies is preferred but not required. + You have a bachelor’s degree in Biostatistics or equivalent and 2+ years of experience in areas such as Biostatistics, Clinical Research Study Design, Statistical Programming and Analysis, MedTech, Healthcare Administration or equivalent OR no prior experience required with Master’s Degree. + You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position . + You’re an excellent communicator, with a strong ability to interpret and communicate data in a catered manner to relevant stakeholders. **How we work together** We believe that we are better together than apart. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
