The Opportunity:
BIOS Developer
Bangalore, KA
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
This individual will be primarily responsible for development of c-models to test FW development code for Data Center.
Required Skills:
· This individual will be primarily responsible for development of models to test FW development code for Data Center product.
· Preferred Experience
· System-Level Modeling in SystemC
· System Level (ESL) design
· Virtual Prototype development for SoC and Electronics Systems for the purpose of embedded software development
· Developing SystemC/TLM2.0 based models of IP blocks, CPU, SoC, System
· Defining transaction level models of non memory mapped interfaces (I2C, SPI, USB, CAN, Ethernet etc)
· Porting the embedded operating system (Linux, VXWorks, Android ) on the virtual prototype, developing the device drivers etc.
· Verification of models at IP & SoC level
· Develop regress able self checking test suites using C/ARM assembly.
· Develop System Level Flows and Methodologies using virtual prototypes
· Support the firmware.
· Strong in C++ development.
Desired Skills:
· Bachelor' degree in Electronics and Communication / computer engineering
· 5+ years of relevant experience TLM 2.0 and System C
· Developing SystemC/TLM2.0 based models of IP blocks, CPU, SoC, System Should be flexible
· Should have problem solving skills and data driven approach
· Ability to work with team members from multi geographical locations Experience with UEFI/ BIOS development tools
Qualification:
· BTech in ECE/Computer Science Working knowledge of peripheral interfaces and protocols such as PCI/PCIe, USB, SATA, DDR3/4, Flash Memory, etc; 2+ years of experience in software development in C/C++
· 5-7+ Years of experience
