Job Description The Senior Representative is responsible for producing high-quality Pre-Operative Plans with a focus on individual production efforts to meet team and department targets. This role requires proficiency in using specialized software to create 3D Anatomical Bone Models and Pre-Operative Surgical Plans for robotically assisted Total Hip and Total Knee Replacement surgeries. Responsibilities + Create cases using a proprietary case management system. + Review CT Scans to ensure conformity with Mako Surgical protocol. + Segment CT Scans using specialized software to create 3D Anatomical Bone Models for robotic surgery. + Develop Pre-Operative Surgical Plans using Digital Bone Models. + Ensure accuracy in CT segmentations and Surgical Plans related to anatomical landmark selection, implant sizing, and positioning. + Upload completed Pre-plans to field-based personnel. + Document activities according to prescribed methods and procedures. + Follow work instructions precisely to deliver consistent output. Essential Skills + Proficiency in Biology and Biomedical Science. + Data entry skills. + Understanding of medical terminology. Additional Skills & Qualifications + High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate's Degree or above is preferred. + Minimum of 2 years’ work experience or equivalent education. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. + Experience with Salesforce or Materialize MIMICS. + Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop. + Certifications or experience in Radiology (CT, X-Ray, MRI). + Certification in Nursing or related field. + Completion of college-level anatomy courses. + Customer service orientation. + Strong interpersonal and communication skills. + Efficient work methods and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. + Proficiency in English (speaking and reading). + Ability to view and distinguish colors on a computer screen. + Visual acuity of 20/20 with or without assistive devices. Work Environment This is an onsite position with core hours from 7am to 3:30pm, Monday through Friday. While overtime needs are infrequent, weeks exceeding 55 hours may occur. The demand for this role continues to grow, underscoring the potential for high overtime. The position is not remote. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.65 - $28.00/hr.
