Your expertise impacts the lives of others.** **Sodexo is seeking a Biomedical Equipment Technician III- Imaging for Metro/University of Michigan Health West located in Wyoming, MI.** ******A valid driver’s license and acceptable driver’s license record check is required.****** **What You'll Do** + Apply formal training and hands-on experience to service a variety of clinical equipment in a healthcare setting. + Repair, maintain, and calibrate complex medical devices, including respiratory equipment, ventilators, anesthesia machines, and imaging equipment experience. + Work within hospitals or clinical environments to ensure equipment reliability and compliance with safety standards. + Provide leadership by mentoring junior team members and supporting their technical development. + Use proactive troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve equipment issues efficiently. + Communicate effectively with clinical staff, manage time across multiple priorities, and deliver exceptional customer service. + Serve as a trusted technical resource, ensuring high-quality service and support for healthcare professionals. + Uphold patient safety and operational excellence by maintaining accurate service records and adhering to all regulatory requirements. **What We Offer** Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience. Carestream DRX experience preferred.
