Make your mark for patients
We are looking for a Biomanufacturing Drug Supply Procurement Expert who is organized, collaborative, and solutions-oriented to join our Biomanufacturing Procurement team, based at our UCB campus located in Braine-l’Alleud, Walloon Brabant, Belgium.
About the role
You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth supply of raw materials for our biomanufacturing operations. You’re going to manage procurement processes, maintain supplier relationships, and lead improvement projects to strengthen our supply chain.
Who you will work with
You will collaborate daily with Planning, Production, Warehouse, and Quality teams, as well as external suppliers. You’re going to be part of a dynamic and supportive environment where teamwork and innovation are valued.
What you will do
· You will develop a global vision of the future of procurement within the Bio DS department.
· You will connect with Supply expert and manufacturing teams to have an end-to-end procurement strategy.
· You will implement the different steps to ensure a smooth and standardized process in place.
· You will manage increasing demand and requirements and ensure deliveries on time.
· You will manage end-to-end procurement: from requisition to invoice validation.
· You will be responsible for reviewing and maintaining accurate supplier master data.
· You will coordinate stock levels and plan incoming deliveries with warehouse teams.
· You will handle supplier quality issues and lead investigations and CAPAs.
· You will organize and lead supplier and business review meetings.
· You will support and lead procurement-related projects and ensure compliance with GxP and HSE standards.

For this role, we are looking for the following education, experience, and skills:
· Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, engineering, or equivalent experience.
· Proven experience in procurement, ideally in a GMP-regulated environment.
· Proficiency in SAP and MS Office, especially Excel.
· Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
· Fluent in French and proficient in English.
· Hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to manage priorities under pressure.
