The Position:
Responsible for accurately balancing all incoming and outgoing Bingo Banks. Maintains all information in the Bingo accounting system, recording all Bingo prizes awarded. Maintains records on sensitive Bingo paper coming in and going out, using procedures set by the Internal Controls. Duties include but are not limited to:
Issues, receives and reconciles all Bingo banks, including admissions, Floor Clerks and Paymaster.When paper is received puts order away in designated spot, and provides Bingo Manager with new serial numbers received to be input into the Edge Accounting SystemControls and accounts for all Bingo Paper issued and returned using the Bingo Accounting System.Reconciles credit card and cash sales, using receipts. Responsible for accurate audit Reports that are sent daily to the audit department these reports include a session summary, Cash Activity, Exception Report, Payout Detail, and Paper Issue.Responsible for Title 31 Paperwork.The Benefits:
