Job Description
We are seeking a skilled VDC/BIM Specialist to develop and manage 3D/4D BIM models using Revit, Navisworks, and other Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) tools. The role involves coordinating with design, engineering, and construction teams to ensure model accuracy and alignment with project goals.
ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage 3D/4D BIM models using Revit, Navisworks, and other VDC tools.Coordinate with design, engineering, and construction teams to ensure model accuracy and alignment with project goals.Perform clash detection and lead resolution meetings with stakeholders.Generate construction visualizations and simulations to support planning and sequencing.Maintain model integrity and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.Support field teams with model-based workflows and digital coordination.Essential Skills7-10 years of experience in VDC/BIM roles within the AEC industry.Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other modeling tools.Strong understanding of construction processes and sequencing.Excellent communication and coordination skills.Ability to work on-site in El Paso, TX (open to traveling).Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with data center or mission-critical projects is a strong plus.2+ years of construction or related experience preferred.Work Environment
This position will be based in El Paso, Texas. Candidates must be willing to travel to El Paso or be local to the area. The project could extend for multiple years, offering a stable and dynamic work environment focused on innovative construction solutions.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $52.00 - $58.00/hr.
