Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and innovative Technician - Digital Delivery to join our dynamic team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our digital content delivery systems, ensuring seamless and efficient distribution of digital assets to our customers and stakeholders.

Manage and maintain digital content delivery platforms and infrastructureCollaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline digital asset management processesImplement and optimize content delivery networks (CDNs) for improved performanceMonitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues promptlyDevelop and maintain documentation for digital delivery processes and workflowsAssist in the implementation of new technologies and tools to enhance digital delivery capabilitiesEnsure compliance with data security and privacy standards in digital content distributionProvide technical support and guidance to internal teams on digital delivery best practicesAnalyze delivery metrics and generate reports to drive continuous improvementStay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in digital content delivery

QualificationsBachelor's degree in a related field8 years of experience in digital content delivery or a similar roleProficiency in content management systems (CMS) and digital asset management toolsStrong knowledge of content delivery networks (CDNs) and cloud-based delivery platformsExperience with data analysis and reporting toolsExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailStrong organizational and time management abilitiesEffective communication skills in English, both verbal and writtenIn-depth understanding of digital delivery principles and technologiesFamiliarity with data security and privacy standards in digital content distributionAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentAdaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and workflowsKnowledge of industry best practices and standards in digital content delivery
