Job Title: BIM Specialist
Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled BIM Specialist with substantial experience in Revit and a strong background in 3D design software and document management infrastructure. The ideal candidate will hold a technical degree or possess a minimum of three years of related industry experience.

ResponsibilitiesUtilize Revit and BIM tools for modeling and construction documentation.Coordinate projects using 3D coordination tools.Apply electrical and architectural concepts to design processes.Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all documentation and models.Maintain effective communication and organizational skills to manage projects efficiently.Essential SkillsProficiency in Revit, BIM, and Navisworks.Experience in electrical modeling and construction documentation.Strong competency in Microsoft Office products and communication tools.Intermediate understanding of engineering or architectural concepts.Additional Skills & QualificationsTechnical degree or equivalent industry experience.Experience with AutoCAD and design processes.Work Environment

This is an onsite position located in an office setting with approximately 140 employees. The work environment emphasizes collaboration, teamwork, and a hands-on approach, fostering a culture where employees are encouraged to roll up their sleeves and work together. The preferred schedule is five days a week onsite.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $45.00/hr.
