OVERALL PURPOSE OF ROLE
The BIM Specialist creates and manages detailed BIM models for the design and engineering of electrical cable systems, ensuring accuracy, feasibility, and compliance with project requirements. They develop technical documentation for internal teams, subcontractors, and clients, while optimizing designs for competitiveness. The role supports data exchange, maintains BIM standards, and contributes to workflow improvements.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Object library development in alignment with wider BIM strategy.Support the project coordinator in Assurance and checking of the information model and creating checks reports.Producing the information model.Collaborate with various stakeholder in producing the information models.Understanding of projects BIM execution plan (BEP), TIDPs/MIDPs, MPDT.Use of the CDE for the information exchangeQUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Minimum Qualifications:
Master Degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Building Engineering or similarBIM Certification / BIM Master or similarFull proficiency in both written and spoken EnglishMinimum Experience and Skills:
