An Architecture firm in Scottsdale is looking to add a BIM Manager to their team!

Job Description:

Seeking a BIM Manager to lead the firm's digital design strategy and implementation. Responsibilities will include:

Develop and implement BIM (Building Information Modeling) strategies and standards across the organizationMaintain Revit templates, libraries, and BIM Execution Plans for project teamsCollaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to define BIM requirements and ensure complianceOversee the creation, organization, and maintenance of BIM models and documentationProvide training and support to staff on BIM software and workflowsConduct regular quality control checks to ensure model accuracy and completenessCoordinate BIM data exchange and resolve technical issues across disciplinesStay current with industry trends and advancements in BIM technology

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in BIM management or digital design coordinationDeep knowledge of Revit and other BIM toolsExperience developing and enforcing BIM standards and training programsStrong communication and collaboration skillsDetail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindsetFamiliarity with architectural and engineering workflows

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $92000.00 - $127000.00/yr.
