Job Title: BIM ManagerJob Description We are seeking an experienced BIM Manager to lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of firm-wide BIM standards, protocols, and workflows. This role is an opportunity to shape how our award-winning designs come to life by guiding teams, setting standards, and leveraging your expertise to make our projects more efficient, coordinated, and impactful. Responsibilities + Oversee project setup and ensure BIM execution plans align with client requirements and internal standards. + Serve as a resource for project teams, offering guidance on model management, coordination, quality control, and best practices. + Manage and maintain BIM content libraries to ensure accuracy and consistency across all projects. + Collaborate with design teams to improve workflows and integrate an array of tools and technologies, including Revit, Enscape, Sketchup, and VR/AR platforms. + Provide training and mentoring to staff at all levels, building BIM competency across the firm. + Coordinate with consultants and contractors on clash detection, model sharing, and technical collaboration. + Stay ahead of industry trends and recommend innovations that improve design and delivery processes. Essential Skills + Extensive experience with Revit and BIM processes in an architectural or engineering environment. + Familiarity with BIM 360, Navisworks, and other design coordination tools. + Understanding of model-based workflows for design, documentation, and construction coordination. + Ability to teach and mentor teams in best practices. + Problem-solving skills in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Additional Skills & Qualifications + A degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. + BIM certifications are a plus. Work Environment This position is a shared resource across the firm, working with all studios, including Cultural and Public Safety. The role operates off a hybrid schedule, where employees typically work from home 1-2 times a week depending on their schedule. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $44.71 - $57.69/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
