+ Deliver high quality information, data and models to the Appointing Party and ensure that the delivery of information within the supply chain is in compliance with the contract requirements.
+ Close liaison with the project team and act as point of contact
+ Follow project BEP in line with the organization's standard and ensure collaborative inputs from different stakeholders are well coordinated and embedded.
+ Provide Quality Assurance dealing with the Implementation and Administration of Building Information Management (BIM) systems and solutions per project and maintain close collaboration with the Disciplines BIM Leads
+ Support best practices implementation dealing with BIM environment Setup, Quality Assurance, BIM authoring and production, Virtual Design Coordination, BIM quality review, information management, 4D/5D/6D/7D support, etc
+ Configuration, Maintenance and Administration of the project CDE (Common Data Environment) to enable the effective management, tracking, and monitoring of deliverables.
+ Ensure the implementation of open BIM standards such as (IFC or building SMART), and international standards such as (BS EN ISO 19650 or PAS1192 series).
+ Integrate leading edge BIM applications including Scheduling, Cost, Asset Management, and O&M programs into the BIM models.
+ Focus on the delivery of high-quality technical design drawings, to the required regulations and client requirements.
+ Develop the BIM technical capabilities of the team.
+ Contribute to BIM technical solutions on projects.
+ Coordinate with the project team and external agencies to ensure BIM represents regulator requirements.
+ Ensure internal quality procedures are followed.
+ Keep up to date with industry developments with respect to BIM technical solutions.
+ Attending project meetings with the various internal and external teams in the region (via teleconference)
+ Act as BIM engineer, managing the fire and life safety input, to an exceptionally high standard.
+ Develop REVIT family and automatized solutions.
+ Ensure statutory and regulatory requirements are met.
+ Ensure project programs are met and advise on any foreseen delays
+ Participate and support internal multi-discipline knowledge sharing initiatives.
+ Experience and proven ability to manage projects
+ The role requires involvement in numerous projects from an early stage
+ Excellent track record in BIM delivery, developing families and automated solutions.
+ Degree in Engineering or Architecture
+ Experience of MS Office Suite of Programs
+ Comprehensive experience of technical design and associated discipline software
+ Relevant qualifications and industry experience for BIM tools.
