Main Responsibilities Develop detailed BIM models for electrical systems (power distribution, lighting systems) based on design documents and laser scan data.  Import, process, and model from point clouds obtained through laser scanning for accurate as-built conditions and retrofit work.   Update and maintain electrical BIM models in line with design revisions and project requirements.  Coordinate with architectural, mechanical, structural, and other disciplines within a BIM environment.   Adhere to BIM standards, naming conventions, and Level of Development (LOD) requirements.  Generate 2D documentation, schedules, and quantity take-offs from the BIM models.   Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues with other disciplines.  Work closely with BIM Managers and electrical engineers to ensure compliance and accuracy. Education:

Bachelor’s degree is a must

Experience:

 

5+ years of experience 

 

Language Requirements:

Arabic & English is a plus
