Job Description Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented BIM Engineer to join our data centre project team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, managing, and coordinating Building Information Models (BIM) to support the design, construction, and operational phases of complex data centre facilities. This role requires close collaboration with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure accurate and efficient use of BIM technologies throughout the project lifecycle.

About the Role:

Develop and maintain BIM models for data centre infrastructure, including architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical systemsCoordinate BIM workflows across multidisciplinary teams to ensure model integrity and consistencyGenerate construction documentation, shop drawings, and as-built models from BIM dataSupport project teams with BIM training, standards, and best practicesCollaborate with stakeholders to integrate BIM with project scheduling, cost estimation, and facility management systemsEnsure compliance with project-specific BIM Execution Plans and industry standards

About You:Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related fieldMinimum 3–5 years of experience in BIM modeling and coordination, preferably in data centre or mission-critical projectsProficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and DynamoStrong understanding of construction processes, MEP systems, and data centre infrastructureExperience with BIM 360, IFC standards, and cloud-based collaboration platforms is a plus
