Job Description
We are seeking a skilled BIM Coordinator with 4-10 years of experience to join our team at an electrical contractor in Maryland. The role involves using BIM, Revit, and Navisworks to execute clash detections and resolve them through coordination with other departments both internally and externally. While the position is primarily office-based, occasional site visits are required. Our projects span commercial, educational, healthcare, government, and mixed-use sectors.
ResponsibilitiesExecute clash detection using BIM, Revit, and Navisworks.Resolve detected clashes by coordinating with internal and external departments.Conduct occasional site visits to ensure project alignment.Manage and support BIM coordination across diverse project types.Essential Skills4-10 years of experience in BIM Coordination.Proficiency in Revit, BIM, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.High school diploma or higher.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in electrical and plumbing fields.Strong communication and coordination skills.Work Environment
The work environment is primarily office-based, Monday through Thursday with slightly extended hours, and a half-day on Fridays. The office comprises 35 employees and provides flexibility for personal matters such as drop-offs or house issues. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $31.25 - $48.08/hr.
