Billing System Administrator

The Billing System Administrator is a member of the Billing Operations team supporting Equifax operations in Australia and New Zealand. Reporting to the Head of Billing, this role is responsible for the administration of customer pricing within our billing system and providing support for billing related inquiries from both internal and external customers.

3+ years of professional experience (financial services industry preferred)Strong data analysis skills and analytical reportingStrong problem-solving skillsWell-developed organisation and task coordination skillsStrong Microsoft Office skillsDemonstrated attention to detail.Demonstrated strong time management skills and ability to work independently.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including written skills and ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders.
