Key Responsibilities + Prepare and issue invoices to clients/customers accurately and in a timely manner. + Maintain and update billing systems and records to ensure compliance with company standards and policies. + Conduct thorough reviews of billing statements to identify and resolve discrepancies or errors. + Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, operations, and accounting to ensure billing accuracy. + Monitor accounts receivable and communicate with clients to ensure timely payments. + Assist with month-end and year-end close processes, including reconciliations and reporting. + Provide support for audits by preparing documentation and responding to inquiries related to billing. + Recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors in billing operations. Requirements + Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred but not required. + Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or a similar role. + Proficiency with billing software (e.g., Workday, QuickBooks, SAP) and strong Microsoft Excel skills. + Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage data with a high degree of accuracy. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills to professionally interact with clients and team members. + Strong analytical skills and ability to resolve discrepancies efficiently.
