This position is ideal for someone who enjoys managing invoicing, ensuring accuracy, and contributing to the overall financial health of the organization. Accurate and timely billing is essential to their commitment to providing world-class service while maintaining strong financial processes. Key Responsibilities: + Generate, review, and distribute invoices in a timely and accurate manner based on client agreements. + Address billing discrepancies or disputes by working directly with clients and internal teams to resolve issues efficiently. + Monitor and track payments from customers, ensuring proper application to invoices and follow-up on outstanding balances as needed. + Ensure all billing practices comply with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations. + Compile billing reports for management and assist in month-end closing processes related to accounts receivable. + Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication regarding billing adjustments and client inquiries. Requirements + Associate’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered. + 2+ years of billing or accounts receivable experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment. + Proficiency in billing software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle), with strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP knowledge a plus). + Strong analytical and organizational skills to ensure accuracy in billing and reporting. + Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
