Description Robert Half is currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Billing Analyst for a contract-to-hire opportunity with our client near downtown Houston. Job Responsibilities + Invoice Preparation: Ensure timely and accurate preparation of customer invoices. + Traffic Audit: Audit traffic positions to confirm traffic logs presented with customer invoices are correct. + Sales Support: Provide contract and invoice details to facilitate Sales team requests and ensure all revenue per contract information is presented for review. + General Responsibilities: Perform other duties as assigned, ensuring optimal workflow and efficiency. Requirements Knowledge & Skills: + Highly organized and detail-oriented. + Self-motivated with strong multi-tasking abilities in a fast-paced environment. + Effective written and verbal communication skills. + Strong analytical capabilities for problem-solving. + Proficiency with standard office equipment, personal computers, and 10-key tools. Competencies: + Comfortable working in an open and dynamic environment with fluctuating workloads and stress levels. •Education & Experience + Education: High school diploma or equivalent. + Experience: Minimum of 5 years of accounting or finance-related work experience required.
