Billing Specialist
Description A successful Billing Specialist shall ensure the completion of as well as process daily, weekly, and summary production reports from employees and contractors for input into the accounting/payroll systems; provide administrative support by performing general billing duties, such as; compile data, compute fees, and prepare information for billing purposes. At a minimum, the position requires a good working knowledge of general office functions; proficient in the use of word processing and spreadsheet software with emphasis on Microsoft Office; ability to use a computer and other office related equipment; ability to read, understand, interpret, input, and analyze data. Complete as well as ensure completion of tasks for assigned department/project Schedule and determine priority of tasks for assigned department/project Communicate with employees, contractors, vendors, and/or customers to assist assigned department/project Read, interpret, and input data in support of an assigned department/project Skills Invoicing, Data entry, Invoice processing, Accounts payable, Accounts receivable, customer service, Microsoft excel, Debits, Credits, Purchase order, Invoice entry Top Skills Details Invoicing,Data entry,Invoice processing,Accounts payable,Accounts receivable Additional Skills & Qualifications 2 years of related work experience Proficient in the use of office hardware and software (PCs, Tablets, Printers, Copiers, Microsoft, Google, etc.) Excellent Customer Service skills and strong English language skills both oral and written Authorized to work in the United States Successful completion of pre-employment drug screen, background , and motor vehicle record check Experience Level Entry Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.00/hr.
