Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Billing Specialist to join our team in Monmouth County, New Jersey. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring accurate invoicing and expense recovery processes while collaborating with various departments. Responsibilities: • Prepare accurate and timely billing reports, including invoices and expense recovery documentation, in line with company protocols. • Generate effective management and financial reports. • Ensure the delivery of invoices to clients within agreed timeframes while adhering to established procedures. • Collaborate with case workers, IT, and collections teams to support seamless expense recovery and reporting processes. • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement quality-focused initiatives. • Monitor and track individual performance targets as set by the Billing Manager. • Utilize advanced data analysis techniques to interpret complex financial information and provide actionable recommendations. • Uphold a focus on continuous improvement and operational efficiency in all billing activities. • Leverage strong business acumen to address challenges and maintain smooth financial operations.
