Kforce has a client in Lakeland, FL that is seeking a Billing Specialist. Responsibilities: * Responsible for on-time and accurate billing * The Billing Specialist will prepare customized billing formats as needed * Work with Key Account Sales to identify and correct pricing issues * Work with Key Account Sales to resolve equipment discrepancies * Manage and maintain A/R for assigned accounts * Research and Identify root cause of recurring billing issues, adjustments and other related issues * Collaborate with internal and external customers to ensure that all discrepancies are handled in a timely manner * The Billing Specialist will assist the Key Account Sales team (Key Account Managers or Territory Account Executives) with reconciliation of accounts * Fulfill other duties as assigned by management
