Beacon Hill Solutions Group is recruiting for a Legal/Professional Services Biller for our client located in downtown St. Louis. This role would be contract to hire and would have the ability to work 2 days remote a week once fully trained. Candidates are required to have billing experience within a professional services firm or law firm. Pay for this role is $50,000-$55,000 annually depending on experience.

Job Description

Accurately compiling and presenting billable hours, expenses, and disbursements into client invoices.Submitting and monitoring e-bills, resolving rejections, and ensuring timely payment.Responding to client inquiries, resolving billing disputes, and ensuring client understanding of billing practices.Tracking and managing past-due accounts, following up on payments, and applying incoming payments.Maintaining accurate financial records, including time entries, expenses, and disbursements. Addressing client inquiries and resolving billing disputes in a timely and professional manner.
