BE PART OF THE CONNECTION
As a Billing Solutions Analyst, you’ll participate in the design, configuration, reporting, and maintenance of back office applications supporting the Spectrum mobile product. These mobile back office applications support devices, accessories, offers, promotions, business parameters, billing data queries, billing data controls/inspections, non-bill validations, and mass changes. The scope of the mobile back office applications includes the Mobile biller, along with a number of custom developed and vendor tools.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SPECTRUM
Required Qualifications
Experience: Billing/Ordering system design and configuration: 2 years or more; Database reporting tools, SQL: 2 years or more;Education: Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent combination of education and experienceSkills: Proficient in Microsoft desktop products including Word, Excel, Power Point; Knowledge of systems used by mobile providers to support billing, and customer servicesAbilities: Analyze and interpret data; Communicate with all levels of management and personnel; Handle multiple projects and tasks; Maintain confidentiality; Make decisions and solve problems under pressure; Show judgement and initiativeWorking conditions: Office environment; Able to work extended hoursThis position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.
