BILLING MANAGER OPPORTUNITY IN WALTON HILLS

A thriving construction company is looking for a Billing Manager to play a pivotal role in their operations. Responsibilities:

Overseeing Job Costing, including production trackingHandling AR invoicing and AIA billingProficiency in AR invoicing platforms such as GC Pay, Textura, FlashtractSBE/EEO Certificate Qualifications/Maintain I-29 InputCreating jobs in Foundation and distributing work ticketsMaintaining Job Lists and monitoring Billing Due dates by JobEnsuring compliance with Fringe Benefit Reporting on a monthly basisConducting Fringe Benefit/Payroll Audit compliance as neededMaking daily deposits and maintaining Monthly/Annual Sales numbersPerforming Bank Reconciliations, Daily Check Deposits, and processing Accounting EntriesCarrying out Financial Analysis and ReportingAssist with payroll and reimbursement duties as neededUndertaking other administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications:

AIA Billing experience required Proficiency in Microsoft 365, specifically Excel and Outlook, requiredAssociates Degree in Accounting, Business, or other related fieldsAbility to effectively communicate in both field and office environmentsFamiliarity with Foundation Software is preferred
