Conemaugh Physician Group is seeking a full-time Billing Manager on daylight. This would be a hybrid position, both officerotating to our 40 practices to work with office staff, as well as remote when appropriate.The Billing Manager serves as the “central hub” of the Co-Sourcing Model as established by Lifepoint Medical Group Services to support all aspects of the integrated revenue cycle operation.The Billing Manager oversees the front-end revenue cycle processes as it relates to professional billing.

*Essential Responsibilities:*
Act as liaison between Lifepoint Medical Group Services, Co-Sourcing Model Team members, third-party payers, office, hospital and physicians.
Meet established revenue cycle metrics and key performance indicators.
Participate in the planning and implementation of physician start-up, i.e. set up provider numbers.
Assist with ongoing strategic planning concerning future growth and performance improvement as it relates to revenue cycle.
Keep abreast of significant changes in coding and billing policies and third-party regulations to ensure compliant billing practices are maintained and report these changes to all physician practice staff.
*Job Qualifications:*
*Education: *
*Required:*Equivalent high school diploma and Associate Degree preferably in Health Care Management. **
*Preferred: *Bachelor’s Degree in the Healthcare field.**
*Experience:*
*Required:*Five years billing experience in a multi-physician practice setting.**
*Preferred:*Experience with EPIC.
*Certification/Licensure/Registration:*
*Preferred:*Certified Coder or Certified Billing Specialist, Certified Physician Practice Manager.**
