Equifax Workforce Solutions (EWS) seeks a dynamic leader to drive operational efficiencies, automation, and process improvement within our global billing solution.You'll align Contract to Order (C2O) goals with EWS Finance objectives, strategically designing and executing plans. As C2O Manager, you'll manage and direct a dedicated team supporting EWS Business Units in the global billing system, ensuring top-tier contract management and precise customer billing. What you’ll do

Lead and empower a team of contract analysts to successfully deliver on global billing system (Contract to Order) objectives.

Drive continuous improvement by conducting comprehensive reviews of existing processes and reporting, then implementing key enhancements.

Ensure the consistency and accuracy of vital performance metrics for contractual billing terms and order fulfillment.

Serve as the central point of contact for Business Units (BUs), other Centers of Excellence (COEs), Legal, Product, Pricing, and Finance regarding contract, product, and pricing structure changes.

Propose and implement strategic changes that directly support Business Unit initiatives.

What experience you need 

Advanced spoken and written English Level (B2 or C1). 

3+ years prior management and leadership experience.

Bachelor’s degree in a business or related field required, but work experience in lieu of a degree will be considered.

What could set you apart

Proven experience in financial and/or revenue analysis, metrics, and reporting.

Highly proficient in Google Workspace tools, especially Google Sheets and Docs.

Experience with CRM database software.

Strong interpersonal skills and a knack for fostering cooperative relationships across various teams.

A track record of successfully navigating fast-paced and evolving work environments.

Detail-oriented with an unwavering focus on data integrity and accuracy.
