Billing Customer Service Representative
Billing Customer Service Representative Job Description: This position provides back office support to client base. This includes, but is not limited to, payroll and billing processes. Top Responsibilities: + Data entry for invoices purchased. + New customer set up and data entry. + Accurate maintenance of all customer databases. This includes client payroll data and billing data. + Updates customer folders with changes to reflect current week's payroll and billing instructions. + Processes credits/rebills. + Assists clients in developing effective processes for reporting their payroll and billing information accurately and timely as needed. + Prepare weekly packets for invoices purchased, accounts receivable activity and reserve analysis. + Track and analyze weekly invoice information, looking for any inconsistencies which might be a sign of potential risk. + Prepare and distribute reports to senior management as required. + Partner with customers and other team members to achieve customer satisfaction while maintaining Advance's goals and mission. + Timely transmission of accounting and payments reports such as wires, ACH, A/R aging and multiple subsidiary financial reports. + Timely and professional response to customer enquirers. + Other duties as assigned. Main Skills Required: + Customer service + Data entry + Excel + Oracle + Netsuite + Customer support Additional Skills & Qualifications: + Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field - Preferred + Comparable Work Experience. + Previous experience in payroll processing. + Intermediate Excel is must have + Oracle-NetSuite would be nice to have + Data Entry + Customer Service + Billing and Payroll Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
