Job Summary
The Billing Specialist position requires the individual to have strong communication skills to interact with customers by telephone and in writing. The ideal candidate should have computer skills in excel and word, good math skills, a strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, and the ability to multitask.

Essential Duties

Maintain necessary data in PeopleSoft to follow up and keep track of all deductionsReport on deductions created daily to Pricing Administrators and SupervisorsCommunicate with Pricing Administrators and Sales to resolve deductionsInvestigate deductions within 3 days to determine the reason for the deductionProcess credits to offset resolved deductionsWork within Home Depot’s portal to dispute deductionsBackup for Home Depot billingHome Depot Commerce hub billingPrint, sort and mail invoices and creditsAnswering incoming phone callsBackup for Low Slope billing

Under This Roof We Require

H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) is required and 2+ years related experience RequiredExcellent computer skills, customer service skills and phone etiquette also required

Base salary and/or rate of pay ranges listed are exclusive of fringe benefits and potential bonuses. Individual compensation offers will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to geographic location, relevant candidate experience and skill, education, and/or qualifications.

Base Salary Range: $48,006-$66,009
