We are hiring a Billing Coordinator based in Cannock.

What You’ll Do
Raise invoices, chase payments, and act as the first point of contact for invoice payment issues.
Complete daily invoicing and manage available credit to prevent bad debts.
Handle incoming customer calls to address equipment, service, or contract issues.
Support the sales function with customer orders.
Act as a liaison between customers, production, and distribution departments.
Translate customer requirements across multiple systems, ensuring operational teams are well informed.
Ensure accuracy and efficiency of customer and job data.
What We’re Looking For
Knowledge of invoicing and billing.
Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle non-routine situations.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer satisfaction.
